I got into the recruitment field when I was applying for jobs out of college and saw a posting for a Technical Recruiter. I applied and after getting an offer, decided it was an avenue I wanted to take! I had heard about the Staffing Industry from a family friend of mine that owns his own company and has been in the industry for 20 plus years. He was/is a great mentor for me.

I love being able to help people, and I have a passion for building relationships, so that is how I knew VIA would be a great fit for me.
