What do you love about Recruiting and your work at VIA Technical?

I thoroughly enjoy the day to day; bringing our team together to meet our clients needs, and deliver high quality candidates. I love the fast-paced work environment, the people I work with, and being challenged to grow and operate a fairly complex business. I get to tap into all my strengths and work across sales, recruiting, operations, marketing, and leadership. Being an entrepreneur, learning, growing and evolving over the past 17 years has been extremely fulfilling.

What are your Passions/Interests?

First and foremost, I am most passionate about my family, and I love spending my free time with my 2 daughters – playing games with them at home, adventuring throughout San Diego, swimming, or getting ice cream. Being a Mom is my greatest joy. Outside of family time and work, I enjoy working out, trying new restaurants with friends, relaxing at the pool or beach, and hosting dinner parties at our home.

What is your favorite thing to do or place to go in San Diego?

I love to take a walk to the beach in Coronado with my family, see a good movie at The Lot in Liberty Station, hike Cabrillo National Monument or try out a new restaurant. Favorite restaurant is Juniper and Ivy – delicious!
