What do you love about Recruiting and your work at VIA Technical?
I love creating a positive experience for all our employees and making sure they are happy, productive, and prepared for their new endeavor. Employee engagement and the customer experience are so important, so I try my best to be a resource, an advocate for our employees and a person who maintains the humanity in business operations. An organization that puts its people first is bound to succeed!
What are your Passions/Interests?
I have danced for 20+ years, so I love finding new dance studios around San Diego and taking classes whenever I can. I also picked up photography in 2017 and I’ve found my specialty to be capturing candid photos of people, photographing musicians performing around San Diego and nature stills.
What is your favorite thing to do or place to go in San Diego?
Pilates, reading at any beach/lake, and visiting new Farmers Markets
